In December 2005 Cyril was diagnosed with Myelofibrosis with dysplasia. This is a very rare illness that affects 1 - 100,000. He has no family match and his wife, children and family are relying on a stranger to step forward and save his life.
Cyril has just recently had to have his Spleen removed and his consultants have made it very clear that he must find a matching donor in the very near future.
