ABOUT JAMAICA: Jamaica is the third largest island in the Caribbean, ever popular as a tourist destination. People tend to think of Bob Marley, reggae, and music culture, but there is much more to Jamaica. It has a rich natural and social history, sights to explore, and stunning natural surroundings. The islands terrain is hugely diverse with the amazing Blue Mountain, forests, grasslands, waterfalls and rivers, as well as the amazing beaches with secret coves, romantic bays and cliffs.
Montego Bay and Ocho Rios are popular tourist areas, with plenty of resorts and all inclusive hotels. Negril to the west and Port Antonio on the east coast have a quieter more laid back atmosphere. The dramatic country side and beaches offer the perfect getaway. There are so many activities to take part in when in Jamaica. Visitors can hike in the spectacular mountains, scuba dive on the reefs, windsurf, go bamboo river rafting and tubing, swim in waterfalls, take tropical forest tours, ride horses or just relax and take it easy. The natural life on the island is lush and plentiful, nature lovers can visit the botanical gardens or take rainforest walks. Jamaica has over 100 rivers, including the Rio Grande in Port Antonio and Dunn’s River Falls. Dolphin Cove in Ocho Rios is Jamaica's only dolphin attraction.

Kingston, the capital of Jamaica, on the southeastern coast of the island is busy with activity day and night. There are two main areas in Central Kingston, Downtown, and New Kingston. New Kingston is home to the city's most popular attraction, the Bob Marley Museum on the site of his former home.
